The Lawndale Apartment
Here are a couple of photos of the apartment in Lawndale, so you can see where I job search day after day, ha!
The bedroom gets lots of light during the day. I hung some crystals in the window so when the sun comes up, little rainbows scatter the walls - me like me like!
Rainbows on Brian's shirt!
This is the view of the living room from the kitchen. At the back right is the entrance to the apartment and to the right of that (you can't really see it) is the staircase that goes upstairs to the two bedrooms.
This is the dining area - around the corner to the left is the kitchen - coming next!
Look who's making martini's in the kitchen!
Yum yum!
Okay, so those are all the pictures I have, I guess, but you get the idea! Who needs a picture of the bathroom, anyway!
This next picture is a framed photograph of Brian when he was a boy - his Aunt Melissa-Wren and her husband, Bill (the photographer) gave it to me when we were at a wedding brunch at their house in Austin. They're really neat people and working artists (she also teaches art) and I couldn't have appreciated any more such a beautiful gift. Isn't it a great photo, even if you didn't know who it was?
